SWORD CAVERNS, you may not spawn with a sword, but there are plenty around
SPIKE SNIPERS, a map about igniting explosives from below to launch spikes
ONE WAY FUNCTION, the entrance and the exit to a room aren't the same
SWORD TENNIS, block flying swords with your life!

THE EGGNOGG+ MAP EDITOR

The Eggnogg+ Map Creator that I made in Unity. (Because I didn't want to bother with writing GUI code) I initially made it for myself but then got carried away so now there's a 81 MB map editor for a 500kb game that released 8 years ago lol. I wish my own games got this attention madgarden, you're sitting on a goldmine of potential with this game!

Almost all of my work is based on the work of ravary, who compiled a modification guide for this game.  I'm not very good at reverse engineering. My experience is limited to making save editors, so without this guide this wouldn't have been possible.
(Map editor is only for windows and only exports for windows)

EDITOR INSTRUCTIONS
When you open the editor, you'll see a prompt asking you to select "eggnoggplus.exe". Just select the exe file you get by downloading the windows version. (Not the classic version!)

Afterwards, you'll pick one of the five maps you wish to edit. After you pick one, the full editor will be available. There is a button with a mouse image on the bottom right, displaying a full list of controls & shortcuts.

To open the tile selection menu, move your cursor to the top side of the screen. A menu with 2 tabs will pop up. Simply select the tile you want and close the menu, then edit as you wish.

To edit metadata, click on the little cog icon on the top left. You can edit the level name and the author. You can also find CHANGE LEVEL, CLEAR LEVEL, SAVE and SAVE AND PLAY buttons there.

CLOSING WORDS
This game is geniunely great. Shame it's so simple. I had trouble coming up with 5 gimmicks!

I had great time playing it with friends on the laptop I brought to gatherings, the only problem is, uh, I got too good at it. Now nobody wants to play with me.

If I knew I could do marketing, and generate a userbase, I would start working on a similar game to this in a heartbeat. But as it stands, I don't think this type of game appeals to enough people for a random indie dev with one game published to advertise successfully. I doubt many people will see this, anyway. I mostly made it for myself. Anyway, if you're going to play the mod, or make maps, please provide feedback, and have fun!
